If it came in a flat-pack box with an instruction booklet, we can assemble it. Brands we work with regularly in Calgary:
Don't see your brand? If it has an instruction manual, we can build it. Send the item name for a quick confirmation →
Tell us the items, brand and rough count. A photo of the box, a product URL or just the IKEA article number is enough. Quote comes back the same day.

Desk, chair, shelving and storage all need to come together. We get the office functional in one visit so you're not losing work time.

Furniture was a gift and the recipient can't assemble it themselves. We coordinate directly and leave everything set up before you arrive.
A quick prep saves time and keeps the visit efficient:
Move flat-pack boxes to the room where the furniture will live. Assembly in-place is faster than building in a hallway and carrying finished pieces.
We need enough space to lay out parts before assembly. Clear the surrounding area — roughly the footprint of the finished piece, plus room to work around it.
Check that all boxes from the delivery are present before the appointment. Missing boxes from a multi-box item need to be resolved before we can complete the build.
★★★★★Google Review"Helped assemble two beds and a dresser after our move. Everything is sturdy, the packaging was stacked neatly and Steve was done in under two hours. Would absolutely book again."
We bring every driver, hex key and mallet needed. You don't need to own a single tool or hunt for the right Allen key size.
Cam locks fully seated, drawer slides aligned, leveling feet adjusted. Every piece is checked before we leave — not just standing, but right.
One visit, everything done. No need to book multiple appointments or wait weeks between pieces. Give us the full list and we scope it as one job.
Tall shelving, bookcases, dressers and wardrobes should be anchored to wall studs — especially in homes with children. We include wall anchoring as an add-on to any assembly job. Anti-tip furniture straps are a 5-minute install that can prevent a serious accident.
Alberta note: The Canadian Safety Standards recommend anti-tip anchoring for all freestanding furniture taller than 76 cm in homes with children under 6.
Add wall anchoring to your quote →A single medium item (bed frame or desk) takes 45–90 minutes including setup and cleanup. A multi-item IKEA delivery (5–7 pieces — bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk) typically takes a half day. We estimate time accurately when you send the item list.
No. We bring all tools — drivers, hex keys, mallets, levels and everything needed. The only thing you need is the boxes in the room and the instruction manual (usually inside the box).
Yes — including frames, internal fittings (drawers, shelves, pull-outs), doors and soft-close hardware. PAX systems take longer than most items. Send the exact configuration for an accurate quote.
We check the part list before starting. If something is missing, we'll pause, document exactly what's needed and help you contact the manufacturer. IKEA provides free replacement parts for their products — we'll tell you the exact part name and number to request.
Yes. We handle condo and apartment assembly regularly. Let us know about elevator access, parking and any building rules around work hours. Some buildings require contractor registration — let us know in advance and we'll sort it.
Disassembly and removal can be added to the quote. If you have old furniture to break down before the new pieces are built, include that in your request so we schedule enough time.
Light repositioning (sliding, rotating) is included. Heavy lifting of assembled pieces to different floors is outside standard scope — mention it in the quote request and we'll advise.
