Steve Balakshii collects only the information needed to respond to handyman quote requests, schedule work, and communicate about service.

- Name, phone number, email address, service area, and job details submitted through forms, calls, texts, or email.
- Photos or descriptions you choose to send so the work can be assessed before scheduling.
- Basic website usage information that may be collected by hosting, analytics, browser, or security tools.
How We Use Information
- To reply to quote requests and confirm service availability.
- To estimate, schedule, perform, and follow up on handyman work.
- To maintain records needed for customer service, safety, billing, and legal compliance.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared only when needed to provide service, process communication, comply with law, or protect the business and customers.
Quote form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. If you choose to attach photos, those images are uploaded to ImgBB and included in the quote request as direct image links. Do not upload documents or images containing information that is not needed to assess the requested work.
